Once upon a time there were three little pigs and the time had come for them to leave home and seek their fortunes.

The pigs walked until they came to a grassy meadow and decided to build their homes there.

The youngest little pig who was very lazy built his house out of straw because it was the easiest thing to do.

The second little pig who was also lazy built his house out of sticks. This was a little bit stronger than a straw house.

The third little pig who was a very hard worker built his house out of bricks.

He warned his brothers of the dangers they might meet out on their own and told them they should take time to make a STRONG house.

They laughed at their older brother as they played and he worked.

As they played, they sang a song...

"Who's afraid of the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf
Who's afraid of the big bad wolf... No, no, no not me!"

The third little pig just kept on working and soon he had a wonderful strong house to live in.

Well, one night the big bad wolf, who dearly loved to eat little piggies, came along and saw the first little pig in his house of straw.

He said "Little pig, little pig let me come in!"

"Not by the hair on my chinny chin chin", said the little pig.

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house in!" yelled the wolf.

The little pig did not let the wolf in so he huffed and he puffed and he blew the straw house in.

The little pig was so frightened he ran all the way to his brother's house.

The wolf followed him to the house of sticks.

He called out "Little pig, little pig let me come in.

"Not by the hair on our chinny chin chins", said the little pigs.

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house in!" yelled the wolf.

They did not let the wolf in so he huffed and he puffed and he blew the stick house in.

The little pigs were so frightened they ran all the way to their brother's house.

The wolf followed them to the house of bricks.

He called out "Little pigs, little pigs let me come in.

"Not by the hair on our chinny chin chins", said the little pigs.

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house in!" yelled the wolf.

They did not let the wolf in so he huffed and he puffed but he could not blow down the house of bricks.

The wolf decided to try again.

He called out "Little pigs, little pigs let me come in.

"Not by the hair on my chinny chin chins", said the little pigs.

"Then I'll huff and I'll puff and I'll blow your house in!" yelled the wolf.

So he huffed and he puffed and he huffed and he puffed until he could huff and puff no more.

The wolf returned to the forest never to bother the little pigs again.

The little pigs were so happy that they danced around singing...

"Who's afraid of the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf
Who's afraid of the big bad wolf... No, no, no not me!"

The lazy little pigs built stronger houses and they all lived happily ever after.

The End.
